• Notification of Acceptance – email notification after May 1, 2016
• Receiving for hand deliveries – Sunday, June 5, 12-2
• Shipped deliveries deadline – May 28, 2016 (further details to be included with acceptance notification)
• Open to the Public – Friday, June 10, 12 p.m.
• Three Demos at LAA separate gallery rooms scheduled Saturday, June 11, 2016, 1:00-4:00
Demonstrating artists will be Clayton Buchanan (figure), Christine Debarry (still life), Jane Penfield (landscape).
• Opening Reception – Friday, June 17 with commencement of small works and demo auction
• Last Day of exhibition – Friday, July 15, 2016, Silent Auction ends 3 p.m.
• Removal of work – Friday, July 15, 2016 (3-5 p.m.)
